Where can I buy a pass?

Passes can be purchased onboard any bus/trolley or by calling 850-769-0557.

Passes can also be purchased at the Bay Town Trolley office:

When does the bus/trolley arrive at my bus stop?

Each route has a customized schedule. Check out individual route maps for detailed route specifics and run times.

Who should I call for help with trip planning?

Bay Town Trolley staff is happy to answer any questions you may have. Give us a call at 850-769-0557.

I think I might have left something on the bus/trolley.
What is the number for lost and found?

If you think you left something behind, please call our main line at 850-769-0557. We’ll see if we can locate it for you.

Can I bring food on the bus/trolley?

All food and drink items should be sealed and remain closed for the duration of your ride.

Can I bring my bike?

Certainly! All buses/trolleys are outfitted with bike racks. Once the vehicle arrives, simply load your bike onto the front rack and hop onboard.

Can I bring my pet?

Service animals are welcome; however, pets are not allowed.

Is the trolley wheelchair accessible?

Yes! All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

Does Bay Town Trolley run on holidays?

We are closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Friday after Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
