Passes can be purchased onboard any bus/trolley or by calling 850-960-1084.

What is the number for lost and found?
If you think you left something behind, please call our main line at 850-960-1084. We’ll see if we can locate it for you.
Can I bring food on the bus/trolley?
All food and drink items should be sealed and remain closed for the duration of your ride.
Can I bring my bike?
Certainly! All buses/trolleys are outfitted with bike racks. Once the vehicle arrives, simply load your bike onto the front rack and hop onboard.
Can I bring my pet?
Service animals are welcome; however, pets are not allowed.
Is the trolley wheelchair accessible?
Yes! All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
Does Bay Town Trolley run on holidays?
We observe the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day – no service
- MLK Day – reduced Saturday service
- President’s Day – reduced Saturday service
- Memorial Day – no service
- Independence Day – no service
- Labor Day – no service
- Thanksgiving Day – no service
- Friday after Thanksgiving – reduced Saturday service
- Christmas Day – no service
